Sheri Dixon lives in a log cabin she and her family built deep in the Bigfoot-infested Pineywoods of East Texas. She runs two Air BnB guesthouses, wrangles llamas, and raises and shows fancy guinea pigs.

Recently unwillingly retired with no safety net due to chronic illness and medical expenses, she spends an inordinate amount of time trying to make ends meet.
